I am pleased to announce the introduction of Scan ID at Wet Spa and Sauna.
This measure is implemented to address several pressing concerns:
Licensed Premises: Wet Spa and Sauna is now a licensed premises, and I am under an obligation to implement safety measures.
Increased Drug Issues: There has been a surge in drug-related problems, including ambulance callouts and police interventions.
Customer and Employee Safety: The safety of our customers and employees is paramount. We cannot allow aggressive behaviour to disrupt their work environments.
Wet Spa and Sauna is one of the few saunas in Australia and the world that has not yet implemented ID scanners. However, we were compelled to do so due to the escalating rate of bad behaviour, aggression, and drug incidences.
The installation of Scan ID has been a significant investment in time, money, and effort.
Despite the initial challenges, we believe that Scan ID will be a valuable asset to Wet Spa and Sauna. It will help us to create a safer and more responsible environment for our customers and employees.
